Moving On

Today is my last day at Apple. It’s been a really amazing run and I’ve learned more than I could ever possibly put into words. Apple is a family, and everyone I’ve met will be a lifelong friend.

However, the time has come for me to move on. I have accepted a position as iOS Development Lead for JCPenney (based out of SF). I will be working on Ron’s next-generation in-store iOS stuff (and having worked on Ron projects before he left Apple, I couldn’t be more excited). I will have my work cut out for me and I also have quite a few interesting retail ideas that I’d love to pursue. I can’t wait to get started!

Hello, World!

Hey I have a blog again! I had one a while ago but for various reasons I had to delete it. So, yay! I plan to write about things that I deem interesting, probably mostly related to iOS or OS X development.

This is being powered by Octopress and Linode. I’m enjoying it so far. I kind of want to write an Octopress Mac app. I enjoy being able to do stuff via the command-line, but I also really enjoy having a polished Mac app to do stuff for me. Hmm.
